Mr. Tierney handles all legal aspects of our eviction process and has come through for our company time after time. He clearly understands the eviction process and the laws that govern it. He has been very effective and efficient for our company in the prejudgment and court phases of the process. With that said, the biggest value for us has been his ability to communicate the status on each of our cases clearly and timely. We have been through many attorneys and have never had this level of communication and confidence. This is one of the numerous reasons why I think we have been so successful with our cases in court.
